With a robust background in the airline industry, specializing in contact center management and knowledge management, I bring a wealth of experience in leading diverse teams. My leadership journey spans from managing teams of 14 to overseeing 400 individuals, and supporting managers of contact centers across various countries. Originally from Mexico, I have spent the last seven years in Texas, adapting to cultural differences to effectively lead and support a team of highly knowledgeable and experienced professionals.
