PresidentSmartbridgeSteve Senterfit is the President of Smartbridge, leading strategy, sales, service delivery, and operations. With over 30 years in management and technology consulting, he specializes in guiding businesses through digital transformation, AI/ML adoption, and data-driven decision-making.
Steve has deep industry expertise in energy/oil & gas, financial services, and technology, with additional experience in the restaurant, construction, and nonprofit sectors. Before joining Smartbridge in 2020, he held executive leadership roles at NCG (Founder and CEO), Halliburton, SAIC, and Fidelity Investments. He has helped domestic and international companies like Baker Hughes, Bank of America, BP, CNCP, Entergy, Equinor, JP Morgan Chase, OMV, PDO, United Way, and Whataburger. A results-driven leader, Steve has a proven track record of scaling businesses, optimizing service portfolios, and driving revenue growth. He is a “player-coach” who believes in empowering teams, mentoring the next generation of professionals, and supporting STEM education in Houston. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Lander University. |
