Dr. Shanaya Anderson brings a wealth of expertise to our Women's Leadership Program, drawing on 19 years in education and a diverse academic background including a doctorate from Abilene Christian University, and master's degrees from Lamar University and the University of Houston-Victoria. As the current Director of Online Learning at Aldine ISD, she champions initiatives that empower students to thrive in a technologically advanced world. She is also the self-help author of "The 3rd Strike: Redefining Leadership for Introverted Black Women," where she champions leading with your true self, not who you think you should be. This book provides tools and strategies to develop a leadership style that aligns with your values and personality, a philosophy she brings to her work with all leaders.
