City ManagerCity of TerrellAfter a B.S. in Public Affairs, Mike started his career at the North Central Texas Council of Governments, working with the Regional Transportation Council and learning from a wonderful team of staff and elected officials. While at NCTCOG, Mike obtained a Master's in Economics from UTA. Mike then served as Assistant City Manager of Terrell and Deputy Executive Director of STAR Transit. Mike was honored to become the Terrell City Manager in 2018 where he earned recognition as an ICMA-Credential Manager and he currently serves a historic community at the commercial hub of one of the fastest growing Counties in the U.S. He also teaches online economics classes and is enrolled in a PhD in Economic Policy program at Liberty University. He and his wife are blessed with 7 children.
