Professor and Program DirectorMount Saint Mary's UniversityMichelle French-Holloway serves as Professor and Program Director in the Department of Business Administration at Mount Saint Mary’s University, Los Angeles. She teaches courses in management, leadership, and organizational behavior. Her research interests include meaning and calling in work and effectiveness in faith-based organizations. Dr. French-Holloway’s publications include the book, A New Meaning-Mission Fit: Aligning Life and Work in Business, and the chapter Teaching Creativity and Spiritual Meaning Using Insights from Neurobiology in The Handbook of Personal and Organizational Transformation.
She is a Life Worth Living Faculty Fellow with the Yale Center for Faith & Culture at Yale Divinity School. She was a Research Fellow with the Center for Church Management at the Villanova School of Business. She is Past Chair of the Management, Spirituality and Religion Division of the Academy of Management and Past President of the Management Faculty of Color Association. Dr. French-Holloway is a frequent speaker for conferences including the International Leadership Association. |
