Partner, Practice Growth, CRI Advisors, LLC

Carr, Riggs & Ingram

Lucinda is a Partner at CRI Advisors, LLC, a national accounting and advisory firm, where she serves as a growth leader, revenue strategist, and passionate people-builder. With over 20 years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales, she is known for her ability to inspire confidence, unlock potential, and drive meaningful growth.

She holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the University of Cambridge and has completed executive certifications in Strategic Sales Management from Harvard University, Strategic Negotiation from Yale University, Branding & Communication from the IPA, and Management from CRAC. Most recently, she completed a course in Artificial Intelligence and Ethics at MIT, reflecting her deep curiosity about how innovation intersects with human decision-making.

A self-proclaimed neuroscience enthusiast, she brings cognitive psychology into every aspect of her work-believing that understanding how people think is key to leading effectively, communicating with impact, and building stronger teams and communities.

As Chairwoman of her firm’s employee resource group for caregivers and families with special needs, she is a vocal advocate for neurodiversity and inclusion—both in the workplace and in society. Her personal journey as the mother of an autistic child shapes her mission to champion those who think differently and to help create a more compassionate, inclusive world.

She regularly speaks, coaches, and mentors emerging leaders—especially women—encouraging them to lead authentically, speak boldly, and embrace their unique strengths.

Lucinda believes accountants are more than number-crunchers—they are trusted advisors, data storytellers, and growth drivers. Through her work, she aims to elevate the profession, grow revenue, and help build a future that is better, kinder, and full of possibility for the next generation.
