Chief of Staff to USAA FSB Chief Data and Analytics Officer

Loren currently serves as the Chief of Staff for the Chief Data and Member Innovation Officer at a Fortune 100 financial institution. He is pursuing his PhD and will enter candidacy in Spring 2025 with research focusing on innovative ways to harness AI to support various populations, such as military families transitioning to civilian life.

Loren is passionate about AI and has deployed numerous solutions in his current and past roles. Before his current company, Loren served for just under 19 years in the United States Air Force, medically retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant.

Loren has been published in multiple well-respected journals and presented at numerous conferences, including a presentation to the APA annual conference exploring faculty acceptance of AI in undergraduate coursework.
