Employee Benefits Strategist | Strategic AI Program Advisor Term: Dec 2024 – Dec 2025 As a Group Benefits Account Executive at USI Insurance Services, I lead strategy across a diverse portfolio of employer clients — including multiple 500+ life groups — with a focus on plan architecture, voluntary benefits, self-funding, pharmacy carve-outs, and cost containment.

In my advisory role for Houston Christian University’s Strategic AI Program, I contribute to shaping how HR and finance leaders leverage AI to streamline planning, reduce friction, and align strategy with workforce needs. Certified in SPHR and GBA — and actively pursuing the CVBS — I bring a multidisciplinary lens that connects benefits strategy, behavioral insights, and emerging tech. I also hold a Texas General Lines License for Accident, Health, Life & HMO, along with active licenses in multiple other states.
