With over 27 years of industry experience, Herschel has held key operational and sales leadership roles and has worked extensively throughout the East Coast, South, and Southwest. Originally from Mexico City, he immigrated to the United States during grade school and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. Herschel resides in Dallas, Texas with his wife, Julia, and their three children: Sophia, Levi, and Nora.
