Her exceptional blend of expertise in the fields of artificial intelligence, biomedical and chemical engineering, alongside her executive acumen in business strategy and corporate governance, positions her as a leader of notable influence. Her strategic leadership at A-Z Petroleum Products Ltd. as Group Executive Director brought about substantial innovative growth and operational enhancements through international procurement strategies, financial oversight, compliance and corporate governance reforms.
As the founder and CEO of Rofwol Child Empowerment Fund (US) and ROFWOL (Nigeria), Favour has been the driving force behind transformative initiatives that have provided educational scholarships to more than 50 underprivileged children and skill acquisition opportunities to over 100 widows. Her advocacy for Cervical Cancer and HPV awareness has impacted over 2,000 women and girls through education and free screenings. Favour holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering. She has certifications in Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas at Austin, TX -USA, Artificial Intelligence from MIT xPro, and Advanced Business Management from Lagos Business School, Nigeria.
