Training ManagerFreshpetAngie has been working in training and development for over two decades. Her career has been in manufacturing industries, which includes methods and procedures, human resources, corporate training, consulting and is currently a training manager at a high growth pet food facility. In all facets of her career, Angie’s personal focus is always on the people that are affected by her work – will it develop them, how does it make them feel, are we engaging and motivating them, is it fun? Her projects have included curriculum development, e-learning story boarding, building and managing apprenticeship programs, orientation programs, and career development involving job instruction (JI) through the TWI methodology (Training Within Industry). Angie is a certified TWI-JI instructor, certified Crucial Conversation instructor and holds a BS in Industrial/Organization Psychology.
